I have hardly walked anywhere over the school holiday..EVerywhere we have gone has been drive to or DS has had friends over..The only day we were waking all day no wifi..So I have a pile of 2K eggs. I got to level 30 just before the even ..116k off level 31

Did you really pay Possum? How much did it cost?

I paid $5 for either 2000 or 3000 coins.

Cost me 400 coins I think for the blissey so I still have coins left even after my Heracross

Doing a bit better today now the event has ended. Got in a gym for the first time in a while. Hatched a Dratini and a Grimer and I need candy of both.
And....DRUMROLL.....evolved a Nidoking. Yeah, I'm possibly a bit rubbish at the game. Hardly ever see the male rabbits though but pineappled a few today.
Also there's a pikachu nest next to work!

I was super lucky on the first egg with an aerodactyl up everything else was rubbish. Pretty disappointing on the hatch side of things. Great to have the double xp.

Got knocked out of a gym I've been in for a month, so evolved a new gyrados an went to prestige it up and popped him in.

Wonder what the next event will be.

I've had nothing tidy out of my event 2ks so far - the only newbies have been an Elekid and an Igglybuff. Desperate for a Lapras!! I got an Aerodactly out of my very first 10k egg last summer and have never seen a sniff of one since. It set the bar for egg hatching very high for me though!

I used the Regional Hunter group on Facebook, they don't charge and make sure you're logged out log enough to avoid a ban. They catch all the region specific ones and they have a rare list for each generation.

I've used the regional hunter group on Facebook too. They're super efficient and will often pick up a rare or two in addition to your regional.

Before you post on the FB page though:

• READ it first and post your request in the right thread.
• You HAVE to be logged out for at least 10 hours beforehand otherwise you risk a ban. Seriously, plan in advance.
• Be polite, say please and thank you.
• Don't demand unowns or specific IVs.
• The Wild West thread means literally anyone can access your account if you give them the details. I would personally avoid this like the actual plague. The main page's hunters are vetted and trusted.
• Do not respond to contact from anyone not on the vetted hunters list if you post asking for a mon.

finally hatched another togepi and have enough candy to evolve but no double xp now.

Yesterday I hatched a Chikorita from a 5k egg and caught a hondour in the wild.

As always, it feels a bit flat now the event is over. Still got quite a few event eggs to hatch, although it will take a while as I've banned myself from buying incubators after going a bit incubator crazy for the event! hatched 2 Miltanks in a row from event 2ks this morning, new for me.

Can't even get very excited about a post event 10k egg, now, as it's probably back to being Pineco. Event 10ks for me and DD were Larvitar, Larvitar, Mareep, Snorlax, Chansey, and one still to hatch. Was so nice knowing you would get something worth hatching, wish it would stay like that.

Managed to evolve Totodile and Chikorita to their next stages today :)

Local park is a Pikachu nest, and DD hasn't got Raichu yet, so we're going there tomorrow.

Eek, there's some unsavoury characters loitering around this play area.

In other news, the 10k egg I picked up before the event was another bloody pinecone.

Raced off the bus so ds1 could catch this beast in Newcastle, this morning!

Managed to evolve a Hitmonlee today, and have another Tyrogue which will evolve into Hitmontop, so that's good.

We also got three gold medals, one after another, for Fairy, Ice and Dark, which made DD's day!

We are currently incubating out last 2km egg from the event, which will be our last chance for a Miltank, Aerodactyl or Magby, any of which would be welcome!

Our spreadsheet is slowly looking better and better.

LUKATIM!!! Hatched from one of the two 10km eggs I got during the event. The other is still cooking.

I'm going to have to get a new battery charger. My current one, a Kodak 5200mAH, keeps switching itself off, meaning my phone runs out of charge after about 90 minutes of play.

I cycled slowly for bloody miles to hatch a 10k egg.

It was a Mantine 😣😝😲😠😡👹

Evolved Hitmontop and Hitmonlee, need 17 more candy for Hitmonchan. Hatched another Machop so up to 99 candy, need 125 to get Machamp though. Got a sunstone on my 7 day streak so evolved Sunflora. Need a metal coat to get Steelix and loads of Scythes candy. Hatched Grimes from event 2K, only one event egg left.

I got up to Lvl 30 today. Someone killed my Blissey overnight which annoyed me!

Been out several times today to different places- very disappointed on what's been on offer - pigeons, rats, owls, spiders, ladybirds (you know what I mean) - the only decent thing was a Exeggute

Thought it had been rubbish though the event but not improved

Finally got a decent lapras!

Still no snorlax though

I still have no snorlax. That little fella was my 3rd lapras, though.

DS1 hatched a Miltank, earlier.

I've chucked out my magnetons in disgust because they keep getting thrown into battles and squished almost instantly. I'm rather impressed with Lanturns, though. I took out a massive gyarados with one, earlier.
