I've done something really silly.

I googled for chansey nest to see if you ever get nests of them. And something popped up offering to catch me whatever Pokemon I want.

I'm fed up with the spoofers round here so thought bugger it, if I can't beat them then join them. Just to get a blissey! I'm nearly out of revives and potions because of the spoofers who keep getting in my local gym five mins after me.

Anyway I now have a Blissey. And I also appear to be banned!

how do you know you're banned?! and is there a way to un-ban?

Whoops. If it is a soft ban it'll only last a few hours, apparently.

We caught two Dratinis and a Mareep today, all of whom were very welcome!

Level 28 now (been playing since day one, but we are fair weather players!). Pokedex is 196.

Nothing is coming out of pokestops and I can't catch any Pokemon.

I'm hoping it's a soft ban and will be ok in a few hours or a day but if not then I'm fucked and I'd nearly got to lvl 30 on my own and one moment of madness and I will have wrecked it. Will have to start again. But I'm a bad, cheating person!

And the blissey has a shit move set!

Put an egg on and did a massive reviving so got quadruple points and went up a whole level! So now level 28 and have 201 in my pokedex.

We're down in Devon on holiday so have caught a few new bits and bobs.

Still no shiny seen. Also got to my day 7 streak at a poke stop and only got a rubbish upgrade instead of something good-as have only ever seen 1 porygon it's pretty useless

My eggs have been hatching rubbish stuff too😱😱😱

I am quite pissed off with the evolutionary items.

Since you started getting them with your seven day streak, I have not got a single one outside of the streak. Not one. And all together I have had

Im suprised that it was an automatic ban? How does that work? Did you have to sign up with your Pokemon go details? I got the impression people could cheat with relative impunity as long as they were careful.

Yes, had to sign up with Pokemon go details and pokestops weren't working within ten minutes. So fast. Anyway, I now have a heracross!

A skarmory from an egg, I've had nothing good at all. I'm interested in the wrist thing - does it just automatically catch stuff and do poke stops or do you have to press it? I drive past stops everyday but it's a longish walk to them so it would be fab if I didn't have to go out of my way everyday to spin a stop!

The go plus is brilliant. You just pair it with your Pokémon go then it vibrates and make a faint buzz whenever you pass a pokemon or a pokesstop (you can chose one or the other or both) When is buzzes you press the button and either get the Pokémon or the items.
It has a high flee rate as it only throws a single red pokeball at each Pokémon it encounters.

I use it when I'm driving but with my phone out of site in my handbag. I catch loads that way and can stock up on items. It doesn't work if you are going too fast though.

It's quite fun at the end of the day to see what you have and haven't caught.

I've been plodding away for mile after mile on my sodding Charmeleon, make it up to 97 candies, so within 10k of grinding my way to Charzard, and guess what hops out of a 2k egg...

New buddy required. I think I'll recruit Voltorb. Currently on 39/50 candies, so only 33k to go.

My Gen 1 upgrade candy required list is:
Ivysaur 68/100 (3k)
Grimer 32/50 (3k)
Kabuto 31/50 (5k) and my current ones are ancient and crap!

I'm going to see if I can bribe the DCs to the woods by offering to make gingerbread. Raid the pokestops for potential eggs and catch vermin for a final double XP evolve with lucky egg that will hopefully see me into L30...

This has been a good event for me. I have had some good stuff out of eggs and along with a bit of walking and the extra incubators I got for levelling up to 30 I have added Blissey, Militank, Donphan, Granbull, Sandslash and Magby to my Pokedex.

Now up to 205 caught and 212 seen - 4 more candy to evolve a Machamp.

I'm in Fuerteventura at the moment and was told that there were Corsola here. I saw an outline... while I was on a coach. Nothing new at the hotel or surrounding areas but I'm now swimming in Omanyte, Sandshrew and Kabuto candies.

I just want my Corsola before I go home!

msjolly if you're staying anywhere near Brixham I'd thoroughly recommend a trip up to Berry Head. I always get a great haul up there - also the only place I've found Hitmonchan and Hitmonlee. It's lovely up there too so can easily be passed off as an afternoon out!

Last 2km egg of the event - a shellder! What a waste of time. I just caught one in my house! I was hoping for better in this event

I've only caught 184 and seen 200 (although I don't believe I've seen that many) - I get a lot of the same ones all the time.

I'm not sure how the Pokémon you've seen works. I have seen loads apparently including Taurus and Farfetch'd which I've definitely only seen in gyms. But some I've seen in gyms loads but not caught it still says I've only seen 1.

Just hatched a igglypuff. My last baby! Yay!

One hour and 175k xp later I am now on level 33. Dd very helpfully evolved my tyrogue into a hitmonlee. So now I have no tyrogue.

Level 30! Yeah baby!

I'm now the proud owner of a reasonable Blissey. Also evolved Slowking and Charizard.

I was hoping that I'd get this far by the end of the month, so the double XP has helped. I need DH to get in so I can fill my two empty egg slots.

My bag was quite full anyway so I'm going to have to ditch items to get my pokestop bonus tomorrow. I'm thinking about the nanab berries as I've got a lot of razzberies and pinaps anyway and I find them more useful.

Level 31 in early June???

Ive managed to get half way through level 34 thanks to this event. A couple of new ones too. Didnt walk enough to get to evolve togepi though
