Caught a Dratini, hatched a Mareep. Happy.

I'm hoping if there is an Easter event it might make egg hatching easier or even some more incubators

I caught two houndours before the rain started (it is nasty outside now) which gives me enough candy to evolve. Walking mareep now because I only ever seen one so far.
I'll be in Germany for Easter, not sure what the 4G coverage will be like. My mum's house is right across the church hall and the church is next to that. I'm hoping there will be a pokestop and maybe a gym ideally accessible with her wifi.

I was briefly in the gym at Stonehenge today, it's a Houndour nest so I caught 4. It's also stuffed full of Geodudes and i caught a couple of good ones.

I have the feeling that there are a few more interesting Pokémon around than before - I wonder if they changed the spawn rates?

Just in the last couple of days I have seen or caught Scyther, Pikachu, Machop, Grimer, Skarmory and Oddish (lots of!).

I live in a village which is normally just full of the normal vermin plus a few water types.

I would say so Psammead! I caught an electabuzz and a lapras in my street when normally it's bloody swinub city!

There are definitely more interesting Pokemon about. I've caught a Dragonite, Arbok, Electabuzz, Wobbuffet and many Skarmory over the last couple of days.

I've caught a load of shite and a growlithe. Huh.

Well, wherever these interesting pokemon are, it isn't down here. The most exciting thing since the event finishes has been a jigglypuff. Oh, and an Abra. Our local gyms have been stagnant for months, everyone seems to have given up.

I got mocked by some teenagers for playing pokemon whilst on the bus. I don't know whether to laugh or cry myself to sleep from the shame.

I'm very sad Stonehenge is a Houndoor spawn. I'm going on Wednesday and my phone is in being repaired I only have a couple and need a Houndoom.

I caught 3 more scythers. I have found a reliable nest.

I'm going to Latvia in May. They seem to have more pokestops than humans there.

The close by the town to where we are going looks sparse by comparison. There seem to be only two pokestops at the village (10k to the West) where I grew up and neither one is in the village itself but a bit outside. I can get to both really easily but I'm not sure about 4G coverage there. Might not be able to keep the 7 day streak for stops going.

Back to boring old Swinubs here.

Hoping for an Easter event!

Trash do you have a tablet you could take instead? There was a Great Bustard there as well (a bird) that and the pokemon were almost as exciting as the stones!

Exeggcutes, shiney ones. That's my Easter prediction.

My reasoning is that just before the water event we had a sudden influx of magikarp and other water types here, including wild Lapras. Just before the Valentine's Day event hit I noticed quite a few jiggly puffs.

Today I have seen two exeggcuters - I have only ever seen one in my town before, ever.

So, I am putting my money on the Easter event stating next week, and that shiny exeggcuters will feature.

I'm on my hols and all the gyms are yellow. We've just taken one down and popped our Golem in, hope to keep it red while we are here.

They need to do something about the gyms, they just don't move and there is so much spoofing.

Just need a double xp event now so I can clear out my pidgies.

We've started up playing again now I can walk after having spd. We like catching new ones and evolving them. All the stuff I find online is about gym battles and maxing xp, cp, hp, iv etc etc. I don't want to horde pidgeys and mass evolve with lucky eggs :) Are there any tactics to find new or rare Pokemon?

Bugger, evolved the wrong Tyrogue so i have another Hitmonlee. Oh well, evolved my Mareep which was nice.

Handbag the best way is just to get out there, you either catch raries or if you walk a lot have the chance to hatch them. Just explore your local area and try to get off your patch if you can, it's surprising what the next town can have to offer.
