Call of duty:Infinite Warfare - too graphic for a 16 year old?

My 16yr old has Call of duty: Black Ops III, which he is only allowed to play with the graphic content filter on.
Infinite warfare has no filter. Do those familiar with game, think it is too grim for a 16 yr old. I usually rely on Commonsense media but the game is too new to have many opinions.
