Any games like 'Ark Survival Evolved' but less violent and suitable for 11 year old?

My son wants Ark Survival Evolved but it has a rating of 16 and I understand it's quite violent.
Are there any similar games (for pc) suitable for an 11 year old?

Ark can be played single player... it depends what you deem as too violent. You can attack and kill dinosaurs, using your character or when you're mounted on another dinosaur
