Monthly subscription to spotify premium on PSN taken from my account but no-one set it up?

Have had two emails to my account, first one saying funds added to PSN wallet and second one saying thanks for purchase of spotify premium monthly subscription at £9.99 today at 2.11pm. Myself and both DC were in the cinema from 1.20pm. There is no way any of us did this. Have checked on PS4 and the spotify app hasnt even been downloaded. So no way for me to cancel this?
Is it possible that exp could have downloaded it from his PS4 using DS's profile or would that show on our PS4?

I cant get my head around how this happened. How do i cancel it?

Have you got your bank account details linked to PSN? Is there any chance that they've opted you into a free trial when you set it up and are now renewing it?

Only ask as we got caught wit this and XBox....their own streaming music thing. Took me a few days to work it out and cancel but didn't get any money back. So I tried to use it that month but hated it. I use Spotify which I love but I set that up outside of XBox.

Yes bank account is linked for DS to buy add ons and packs but he always always asks and they are usually £0.00 anyway. He definitely didnt do this. PS4 was bought for xmas so was set up on xmas day. If it was a free trial we would be able to access it on our PS4 though right? I dont know how to get on to cancel it as i havent set up a spotify account and there isnt one on our PS4.

This happened with my stepson, his account was hacked, and essentially switched to someone else with the card details etc all still saved. They got the money back but it was a pain in the arse.

It might not be the same thing but definitely check it out. I know the Xbox website there's an area for you to see logins and movement on your account - is there something similar for PS?
