Her sims 3 has stopped working. An ea online advisor said its because her email is linked to an underage account and that the parental email registered to the account needs to verify it.
Dd set the account up I think a year ago and can't remember what email she gave them. Ea said it ends in @email.com. I've never had such an email account.
So they can't help me and I might as well chuck Sims in the bin as we can't use it!! I'm logged into her Origins account but can't see anything about a parental email.
