ipod touch or psp for 11 year old? How much are psp games?

My 11 year old's Ds has broken, he wants to replace it for christmas with an ipod touch or a psp. Does anyone know how much games for psp cost? The playstation store website unhelpfully has no mention of prices! wondering if anyone else's 11/12 year old has either ipod touch or psp and what you think about them. Thanks

ds is 12 and has an ipod touch 3g. The newer ones have a camera. Good because he can store films/tv programmes for journeys, music as well as apps and games to play with, some of which are free. You can see psp gameshere

remember that lots of 18-rated games are available for PSP but not for iPod. Think hard about whether you want to be having an argument about the rights and wrongs of Call of Duty Black Ops etc, or whether he might borrow them off friends without you knowing.

Getting an iPod touch will buypass all of that.

Ipods not a games console, it doesn't have proper controls, it will never replace a proper console.

PSP is practically dead now tho killed off by Sony's stupidity in not understanding the market and the greatness of the DS which I would advise to get instead, A DSi no less.
