Christmas dessert?

Just found out I’m expected to bring the vegan dessert. I’ve got a newborn so wondered if any of you know something easy?

Criteria would be no whisking and minimal chopping.

(preferably chocolatey? And fruity?)

Vegan puff pastry ready rolled, cooking apples sliced, sultanas, brown sugar, vanilla extract and vegan spread. Cut pastry in half and put on baking parchment on a baking tray. In a frying pan, cook off the apple in a little cooking oil until softened a bit (still with bite) add sugar, vegan spread, sultanas and vanilla, stir and bubble for 1-2 minutes to combine. Add the apple mix to middle of the puff pastry and top with other half , bake 12-15 minutes or until golden, if reheating cook until colour starts then chill, reheat until golden within 48 hours. If you can find vegan pastry, make the same filling and instead top with crumble topping (1/3 flour, 1/3 oats, 1/3 spread combined together then add brown sugar to taste) put onto apple mix then sprinkle on more sugar. Obviously other fruits are an option

Pear, pecan and chocolate crumble https://recipes.lidl.co.uk/recipes/pear-pecan-and-chocolate-crumble
Use shop-bought crumble topping mix, not just because it saves time, but because nearly all packet crumble toppings are accidentally vegan. You could use dark chocolate chips instead of chopping the chocolate.

I’m making this with ready made pastry and vegan chocolate spread for my nephew who is allergic to dairy. Looks pretty quick and easy. Could serve with fruit and dairy free cream.

Nutella Puff Pastry Star Wreath - My Fussy Eater | Easy Family Recipes

The best Christmas party snack. Nutella sandwiched between puff pastry, cut into star shapes and baked in a wreath shape.
