I do home sitting dogs cats etc but being Vegan I prefer to take my own food. When I expected food to be provided I ended up often going hungry so now I adjust the price and take my own things.
I never know what cooking facilities and equipment is at the house plus also if they are meat eaters may not be what I want to use.
I don't have a lot of time for cooking so wondered if anyone can suggest any foods I can make at home to take maybe portion sizes in pots so I can eat it straight from there.
I am not a lover of veg and salad but I do try. using the correct sort I dont mind pasta lentils things like that, vegan cheese, things like that.
I often take overnight oats made with oat milk and fruit which makes a great breakfast when I am busy sorting dogs cats chickens etc.
I also like roasted veg too a lot of these posh salad bars seem to have super things but dont know where to start!

Well, what do you eat when you're at home in your own house?
Jacket potato and baked beans is quick and easy.

I'd probably take some tins of soup and crusty rolls, lentil dal (you could buy a tin if you don't make your own) and naan, falafel and couscous (I use packets of flavoured couscous which just require being soaked in boiled water).
