The BBC Good Food lentil loaf, but made in a nicer shaped tin and probably with a few cranberries and chestnuts thrown in for good measure!

It's our go to low effort Sunday roast recipe. Super easy, turns out lovely every time, and easy to adjust to tart up a bit for different seasons 😁

It is absolutely delicious. DD insists I make it every year. I’ve usually buy a nut roast from M&S but just use as a side. I’ve nor found anything ready made that really cuts it yet.
