Easy plant based cakes

Could anyone recommend a recipe for an easy plant based cake?

Check out the recipes by Ms Cupcake.
I reduce the sugar in them and can recommend an easy sponge.

200g self raising flour
Quarter teaspoon each of baking powder and bicarbonate of soda
125g caster sugar
80ml veg oil
200ml soya/oat/almond milk (soya works best)
20ml apple cider vinegar
1tsp vanilla essence

Mix milk and vinegar together and leave to stand 5 min or sowhilst you prep tin, put oven on etc
Mix all dry ingredients together
Pour in milk mix, vanilla essence and oil, mix together but don't beat.
Takes about 25 minutes to bake.

You can of course add cocoa, choc chips, fruit etc but might need to add a little more flour (or milk if adding cocoa powder)
