Forget the insults, though any way of eating that is very dictative is not only impossible to do, it won't be healthy unless you include nuts esp. pnuts which have a load of protein, seeds, the best are linseeds , and eat only organically. You should be ok, B12 supplements are important so include yeast flakes. Also include oils like olive, linseeds etc, and carbs such as whole rice, whole spelt and rye breads. Oh and fresh greens are very important .

There is a problem if you're allergic to any of the above of course.

How could the poster eat bread if following a raw fruitarian diet?

Or indeed greens, which are not a fruit.

I did say a raw fruit only way of eating is not advisable before suggesting a healthier one. If it's for a few days to quick start a weight loss diet, then maybe, but the fruit should be FRESH and if poss. organic.

B12 supplements are essential IMO. Yeast spreads and flakes have it.
