Hi just wondering if anyone had tried the Tesco Plant Range nut roast and if so what you think of it? It's this one. www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/307350933. I would make one, but I have never made a vegan roast and I have no idea how to bind it without egg, which is how we made them back in the olden days. Thanks

We haven't tried that, but Lidl's Vegan Sausage cranberry Wreath centrepiece is really nice and looks good and so were their nut roasts.

I made my vegan nut roast yesterday, bit of a cheat and super easy.
I roughly chopped cashews and packet chestnuts in a food processor, chucked in some onion and sunflower seeds and combined it all with 10 defrosted Tesco veggie sausages. That was packed into a loaf tin and frozen ready to be cooked on Christmas Day.
