Favourite pizza toppings

Having pizza and salad for Father's Day tea. What are your favourite vegan toppings?

Ooh! I make a black olive tapenade instead of tomato sauce. Then violife Greek block/feta style feese, cherry tomatoes. basil and rocket on top once cooked

I prefer Vegan Calzones over pizzas because I hate vegan cheese. I usually fill them with a thick veg filled pasta sauce.

I love the vegan mezze pizza from Pizza Express and recreate it at home.

Passata, griddled aubergine, harissa paste, red peppers, jalapenos and once baked topped with houmous and rocket. Delicious!

Mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, herbs, red pepper.
If making at home we usually make a cashew cheese to go on the top (or at least DH does, I just scoff so don't know the recipe lol)
