I'm not vegan or vegetarian but we eat mostly meat free.
My DDs favourite dish is sag paneer so I'm after a plant based substitute for paneer which is quite bland and milky tasting, has a bit of a squeak ( like a less firm halloumi) and will get brown/ crisp edges on frying.
I know that some vegan cheeses don't melt well so might be suitable but I need expert advice before I buy all of them and waste my money. Thanks in advance
