Cold lunch box ideas

Usually for lunch I take in a portion of leftovers and heat up. Going forward for one day of the week I’ll be working somewhere without the facility to heat anything up.
Aside from the standard falafel wrap does anyone have any good ideas for cold lunches?

Salads? Some days with baked tofu or tempeh and the other with chickpeas/ tomatoes/ cucumber?
I also quite like some soups cold, especially pumpkin soup. Quinoa also is nice cold with squeezed lemon, soy sauce and a bit of nutritional yeast.

You could also get a wide mouth thermos that keeps your food hot til lunch time.

My dd takes one to school and it seems to work well.

Red pepper hummus and avocado sandwiches and a flask of soup, my favourite is lentil.
