Hi!
I’m quite new to being vegan (since January this year) but have been vegetarian for 4 years so looking for some tips!
Myself and my partner are ttc our first baby. We are both late 20s.
I just wondered if anyone had some tips on foods or vitamins suitable for vegans that they found helpful when trying to conceive?
I eat a fairly good diet- only eat processed food once or twice a week and eat loads of fruit and veg as well as lentils.
