Hi all,
I'm trying to eat less meat. I'm breastfeeding a baby with food allergies which means I can't eat any milk or egg, so by virtue looking for vegan meals (also can't have soya so no tofu etc). I also have a 4year old who doesn't like spicy food.
Does anyone have any recipe ideas they could share please? Batch cooking/freezing leftovers is good. Not keen on meat replacements (hubby has complained when I've served them before!)
