Fail safe falafel recipe please

Does anyone have a quick fail safe falafel recipe? I’ve tried previously and they fall apart when fried😭.

dont used tinned chick peas...always use dried.

not sure why but tinned always crumble.

Agree with not dried chickpeas, but you’ll need to soak them until they triple in size. This takes a while, so I do this the night before I plan to make falafel. I’ve also done this two days in advance, drained them, and then kept them covered in the fridge.
Also, rest the prepared falafel balls in the fridge for about an hour before you fry them to help them keep their shape when they hit the hot oil.
