Has anyone ever tried vegan keto diet?
Or does anyone generally follow a lower carb, higher fat diet whilst being vegan.
I am trying it out just now for various (sugar related) health issues and although I'm only 3 days in I am enjoying it as a way to eat.
Lots of lovely oils and nuts and seeds as well as spinach, avocado, cauliflower.
I'm looking for ideas for meals or just a supportive chat.
