Pleasant surprises in Veganuary

Could we have a thread about all the surprising and wonderful discoveries people have found this month?

Mine is potato salad from sainsburys. And it tastes like the real thing

Viv era kebab meat 😋 (Sainsbury’s, Tesco’s).

I have found lots of things I don’t like, including tofu 🤢, not keen on quorn eaither, Tesco’s own chicken burgers are awful and the Viv era steaks made me feel really unwell. All vegan cheese is horrid so I would rather go without.
Roast potatoes cleared with a bit of marmite (B12) are amazing and the vegan mayo is better than the real thing so can be used for potato salad and slaw.

Chocolate soya milk heated up for hot chocolate.

Wholemeal pitta, topped with passata, basil and garlic, topped with violife grated, topped with vivera kebab meat. Proper dirty vegan food and an amazing Saturday night treat when the rest of the family are tucking into pepperoni pizzas!

This is lovely. Very peppery and full of flavour! From aldi and only 80cals for the whole pack.

Oh sorry also these! I ordered them online from friars chocolatiers a few days ago and they areived today!

Tesco Plant Chef meat free sausage rolls are so good. Couldn't believe they weren't meat. Also had a hoisin wrap from the same range that was delicious but the website is saying no longer available
