Coconut yoghurt

On my fourth attempt, it worked! I made a great big pot of thick coconut yoghurt!

Am so pleased!

Now need to make something with it...

Coconut milk and probiotics. It has always been very runny previously but this time I put it in the cupboard above the oven and it worked!
