Christmas Eve?

My parents are coming for Christmas, yay!!! Haven’t had them in a few years (we live abroad) they are not vegan and I’ve compromised on Christmas Day (they and D.C. will get beef but all sides will be vegan). We always used to do fish or a seafood platter for Christmas Eve - what vegan dish can I do that has that light but wow factor for 24th?

Falafel sound great but what do you replace the egg with?

I’d just use a falafel recipe without egg. I don’t think they usually have egg in them.

For Christmas Eve, I’d do an Indian platter with samosas, bhajis, poppadums, naan and a daal. You can home make as much as you want and buy the rest.
