Jackfruit recipes

Hi all, I've just impulse bought a tin of jackfruit.

Can anyone give me some good recipes for it please? I like most things, especially spicy, garlic, tomato based recipes.

The main thing is to drain it well before cooking.

I use muslin cloth like I would for tofu.
It tastes weird otherwise

Jackfruit is really good in curry, gives a nice "meaty" texture. Can't link on phone but there's loads of great recipes out there.
