Dressing for coleslaw?

What’s a good vegan coleslaw dressing? Is there any vegan mayo that’s good? Or an alternative?
Thank you!

Hellmans make a vegan mayo that's pretty much indistinguishable from the real thing.

You could make an oriental style dressing with sesame oil and lime, maybe chilli if you fancy it.

Rapeseed oi 4 parts, cider vinegar 1 part, lemon juice, mustard both to taste. Gorgeous! I like sunflower & pumpkin seeds in mine too.

Dijon mustard of course

Thanks
I’d tried a vegan mayo that was horrible- didn’t know Hellman’s make one
But making from scratch seems like a good idea too.
Good ideas - thanks to everyone

I've made vegan mayo using aquafaba as egg substitute. It is a wonder-substance! And free with every tin of chickpeas 😀

Aquafaba mayo is delish, basically free and takes minutes to quite literally whip up

It’s not traditional coleslaw but this makes the tastiest asian slaw- 2 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons caster sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
