I have been transitioning to vegan for awhile but there is an easy family meal I make for me and the kids which is sage and onion stuffing and eggs baked in a loaf tin which kind of resembles meatloaf but I'd really like to keep this as a family meal but make it vegan from now on.
Do you have any alternative vegan meatloaf recipes that work or and egg alternative that would give the texture
