Just wondering what vitamins/supplements people took before/during/after pregnancy.

Last pregnancy I was vegetarian up until about 35 weeks and then went vegan.

I was thinking probably folic acid, vitamin D, iron and calcium. But not sure if there's anything else anyone would recommend?

Thanks. :)

This is a famous brand in Australia au.iherb.com/pr/Deva-Vegan-Prenatal-Multivitamin-Mineral-One-Daily-90-Coated-Tablets/55144#details

If you prefer to take single vitamins , be mindful of iodine as well. Folic acid is only needed before the 27th day of pregnancy, after that you might not need it. If the weather is nice, being outside in the sun for 20-30 min is far better for vitamin d than a pill. Make sure to eat seeds and nuts for all the other minerals

I take the Solgar pre-natal vitamins. Not had any issues with iron etc throughout this pregnancy & the all blood tests have been fine. :)

I just took folic acid and iron tablets. Dd was a healthy baby and is now a typical teen.
