We have some vegan friends coming for dinner, I'm cooking a mixed bean chilli and rice and wanted a nice vegan pudding or cake - maybe chocolaty and easy to make.

Please share you best and easiest recipes. TIA

Oreos are vegan I think so you could make a cheesecake with them and use vegan cream cheese?
