DH has expressed an interest in eating more vegan recipes. I do most of the weekday cooking, so hunting around for ideas, but am stuck.
Family of four, one struggles with hot or spicy food (not fussy, but sensitive mouth). I am the problem!
I am seriously intolerant to gluten, ginger and coriander (as well as egg and lactose).
Pretty every recipe I read seems to spice up the dish with at least one of the above. Any ideas at all? Even one dish a week would be a start.
