Christmas centre piece

We’ve been invited to friends’ for Christmas Day, they’re going to veganise all the side dishes which is so kind but they’re doing a turkey and have asked if I would bring a vegan alternative - I’m delighted to and will bring enough for everyone to try. I thought a nut/lentil roast (I usually do the one from Oh She Glows) or wellington BUT their oven is tiny and space is at a premium (the turkey is going on the bbq!) and they don’t have a microwave. I don’t want to do a stew or anything sloppy - any amazing ideas?!

Could you use a slow cooker to keep the nut/lentil roast warm after cooking it at home?

Linda M ‘beef’ roast is great and doesn’t take up a lot of oven space.

Am in the US so no LM stuff unfortunately - do you take it out of the tin before putting it in the slow cooker to keep warm?
