Almond milk

Can anyone tell me if it's normal for almond milk to have an off white slight brownish tinge?

I've just opened two long life cartons from Aldi and both do have this appearance. They smell ok.

The ones I had from Tesco previously seemed whiter.

Did you give them a good shake before you opened them? That helps, if they smell alright then they probably are. I suppose that the colour comes from not bleaching the milk , better IMO

Yes this is normal, if you end up trying other types and brands of dairy free milk you will notice that not many are actually that white. The Innocent brand almond milk is quite brown too and hazelnut milk is very brown compared to others.

Yes, the aldi one has a brownish colour to it.

Yep, it's more cream than white coloured.
