Does anyone else’s body react to this?

Our meals normally consist of plant based foods and rarely do I substitute with soya but saw bbq meatfree substitute and gave it a go

I have been up since 3pm with bloating and gas. Feel like I need to be sick or poo Blush but neither is happening.

Looking back when I have had soya eg mince, I’ve felt the same. An intolerance perhaps?

Sounds like an intolerance, I’ve never had a bad reaction.

Quorn makes me violently ill, it’s actually once put me in hospital!
Evil stuff!
Not sure what brand you ate, but others don’t seem to be as bad.
Loads of info online re Quorn and negative reactions - people are campaigning for it to have warning labels

I’ve been reading up quorn since yesterday and I genuinely believe I’ve had a reaction to it.

Dramatically said the words “I’m dying” yesterday that’s how ill I felt. Knocked me out for 24 hours and still my stomach is gurgling today every time I eat.

That’s a shame you can’t tolerate soya mince or quorn. My husband doesn’t get on with quorn either. Maybe try green lentils as a mince sub?

Soy milk makes me incredibly bloated and causes the worst shooting pains in my side.

I'm fine with quorn products but they don't agree with the other half
