Milk advice

I'm not vegan, but I'm trying to eat less dairy and I've always disliked cows milk.

I only have milk in tea and occasionaly cereal, and have been using soya milk or almond milk.

Lately I've noticed my breasts have been hurting, and a quick Google said this could be down to the estrogen in soya.

Can anyone recommend a milk alternative without estrogen?

Oatly Oat milk is my favourite.

Or almond, hazelnut, hemp, rice, coconut.

Oatley barista all the way! So creamy. The chocolate version is awesome too.

There isn’t any estrogen in soya, and I’ve never seen any peer reviewed research that says the phytoestrogens could cause breast pain. All that being said, oat milk is lovely.

I don't know the science behind soya, and I certainly don't avoid it, but I find my pmt is less severe now that I don't use it as regularly.

Oat milk is my go to now, great in tea and coffee, cereal etc. I get the alpro, but oatly brand is lovely, too.
