Birthday present for a vegan?

Any ideas? Very good cook. Staunch evangelical vegan.

Something that doesn't relate to them being vegan? A magazine subscription, a plant for their garden, a piece of jewellery, an apron, some clothes...?

I'm vegan and don't think have ever had a present related to being so.
I like books, cds, dvds, art, jewellery, vouchers, plants and millions of other things same as my none vegan friends.

Things to consider:
Clothes - no leather or wool bits.
Alcohol - spirits usually fine just no honey ones, check barnivore.com for wines and beers)

If you want to go down the vegan route - 'the vegan kind' do lovely snack boxes, or how about a cook book they are after?

Interesting, didn't know vegans didn't wear wool products.

booja booja chocolates. Too expensive to buy for oneself, I always love receiving them.

I'd like something I can use up - so maybe some vegan bath stuff from Lush.

Plant a lemon pip (I started doing this this year, am having lots of success!) and give them a baby lemon tree in a decorative pot? If not enough time, you can buy small lemon trees from Amazon. Either that or a selection of chilli seeds, pots, compost and indoor gardening tools - they come in so many varieties, am currently growing black ones, small fiery red ones, jalapenos and 'willy chillies' - so-named cos they look like willies :D

If none of that appeals, there's always flavoured balsamic for dipping bread into, or a selection of flavoured oils (chilli, garlic, basil and truffle, maybe?)

For my birthday this year I'd like a Lego creator expert set, a spa day and B&Q vouchers please

I dont know a vegan who wouldnt love you for buying these, they are seriously the nicest sweet thing anyone could eat, non vegans love them too:
