Hi.
I'm getting a slow cooker today (finally)
Is there a thread already about vegan recipes that are good in a slow cooker?
Or does anyone have some.

Chick pea curry is good in the slow cooker x

lentil and sweet potato curry, veg and lentil stew, sausage(Linda Mccartney) casserole, Veggie mince chilli, chunky minestrone soup, Vegan meatballs (asda) in tomato sauce

I made a delicious (albeit boring) tomato pasta sauce in the slow cooker yesterday. Literally threw all the ingredients in, cooked on slow for 9 hours. Done!
Didn't have to give dinner a second thought!

I just put in tinned tomatoes, tomato puree, onion, garlic, splash of balsamic and salt. Then left the lid off for the last 20 mins or so while it thickened up! Easy peasy
