I have a nutribullet smoothie for breakfast everyday, it helps me to monitor my intake of vitamins, minerals and protein. It always sets me up well for the day!

What is your diet like at the moment, what do you think your biggest challenges will be? Do you enjoy cooking? What kind of foods do you like? What's your motivation for switching to a vegan diet?

Sorry pressed send! Meant to add that there are millions of different approaches to a vegan diet, so narrowing down where you're coming from/what you're aiming for would be useful for giving the right advice :)

cleanfooddirtygirl website/blog (as long as you are not averse to swearing!) She is super chilled out and has fab recipes and a very non kitschy blog.

I am in the midst of attempting a plant based diet but struggle a lot. Fruit is my big treat so if I stock up on that it helps- I think you need to work out what will get you through if you are craving rubbish at the beginning. One you get going though processed food suddenly stops tasting good and actually you start wanting the good stuff
