Vegan and British

In October I am visiting a relative in USA, staying 2 nights in her home.
I wanted to bring her some Scotties butter shortbread... but turns out she's vegan.
Any ideas what I could take instead?

Ideally something tasty & not expensive.

She'd also like some kitsch merchandise linked to Princes William & Harry. But she can probably get huge selection to buy of that stuff for herself, anyway (online).

Thanks for any help.

American Oreos are vegan, it was the British version that were originally not. (contained whey powder)

Vegan shortbread is wrong. The whole point of shortbread is the buttery taste.

There are many other biscuits already mentioned that would make a tastier gift.

Ginger nuts are normally vegan and I've never seen them outside the UK. Waitrose free from has dairy free flapjack and chocolate tiffin if you wanted something a bit posher. I also don't think Americans do marmelade or chutney, and both should be vegan.
