Taking milk to work

I would like to take some soy milk to work but I only work 3 days a week so a full litre carton would get wasted. Does anyone carry their own milk with them and if so what bottle do you use? It would need to be leak proof and easy to clean.

I am very rarely in my office, so, (I'm not in the tea fund, so) when I do go in, I just decant some milk from my fridge into any small plastic bottle I've got at home - might have formerly held water or a coke or something the dc have bought at some stage.

You can buy juice-box sized cartons of koko milk - they're usually sold in a pack of three (Asda I think). Haven't seen soy versions but it's worth a look in your local health food store?

like pp, I use small cartons of milk. The 1+ soya milk has a nice straw top that is easy to keep vaguely sealed. It doesn't curdle and I don't care it's made for toddlers!

I occasionally use a steel-wall thermos cup for this sort of thing. Not the sort you can drink out of without removing the lid, but a proper sealing flask. Much cheaper in the long run .

Just use an empty water bottle? We have people in the office who have their own milk for various reasons and they just use empty water bottles and rinse them out when they take them home.

Thanks for all the suggestions. We don't really buy bottled water/coke so ideally I would like something more permanent - and definitely leak proof in my rucksack! I'm going to check out the thermos cup.

The mini cartons sound handy though - might leave a few in my drawer.

I must admit I'm a kitchen gadget geek so I was hoping there was a little mini flask somewhere!

Thanks everyone :)

Thanks everyone, I did some more searching and found this - looks like it holds enough for about 4 cuppas.

If you buy a chilly bottle or similar it keeps cold for 24 hours so could just take what you need each day, otherwise koko do 3pk 250ml cartons for £1.50 in Sainsburys

How about these? My local Waitrose has these by the coffee machine

Individual soya milk pods

A small jam jar Blush

I just used a plasitc food type beaker. A decent one like lock and lock won't leak. I just took enough in every day - in hot weather I used to put a few of those plastic ice ball things in to keep it cold without watering it down
