Vegan choices in Gloucester?

Hi all, my mum is off to Gloucester tomorrow to see the lovely Tom Jones. One of her friends is vegan and she's asked for some restaurant options. Wondering if anyone out there can recommend a vegan restaurant/normal restaurant with good vegan options. Thanks!

Hope she found some vegan options - thought I'd reply even though it's too late now, I heard Tom Jones from a mile away!
If she visits Gloucester again I'd recommend Guru Coffee house - loads of vegan options incl burgers, chilli and curry, pancakes and waffles, paninis and cake! Open in the evenings too. Also Bangkok Canteen is lovely and has vegan options marked clearly on the menu.
