I'm going back fully to 100% vegan after a few years of having occasional dairy chocolate,

Please rec me you favourite vegan chocolate and help me get my chocolate fix

There are plenty of vegan dark chocolates, so I won't mention those.

And others have suggested some of the milks. One not mentioned is Organica Couverture. Reminds me of Galaxy; more creamy than others.
