Haven Perran Sands

I am going to haven Perran Sands in just over a week. Has anyone been there and can tell me what its like. Getting a little worried as some of the reviews arent that great.

Also where is good to eat near by, cheap if possible need to budget.

And good places to visit with a 5yr old

Hey there - I went there for the bank holiday weekend with my mum , DH and DC. We camped and it was fine - you can go down in to the nearby town for food - about 2 miles so a quick drive. Definitely better than the stuff on site which is a bit processed and over priced IMO. DS loved the pool and the climbing area but was most impressed with the arcades we spent ages dragging him out of there!

The beach is beautiful too.

Sorry you wanted places too. We visited the cider farm which is quite near and has lots of animals your DC can see - including my favourite - piglets

Thanks, hoping the weather stays nice so we can spend most of the time on the beach.

Will look out for that farm as dd loves animals.
