cornwall this weekend help please!!

OK. Need somewhere nice for last minute get away trip.
Told weather is great next week and fancied sand and sea UK than hot, sweaty flights to T'egypt

Ideally
cottage (but great B and B also OK)
near fantastic beach
near walking distance of fantastic pub
for 2 adults + 1 child
And not so far into Cornwall that it takes forever to get to

This place is lovely. Might be available this weekend but they get whole weeks booked over easter hols. Worth a go.

I hear ya on the whole hot country thing - unfortunately I have a four month old so its not happening for me this year either. I popped down to the exeter food festival at the weekend and found this site really useful:

I dont know cornwall so well, outside of St. Ives, but there is a fab resort there that might be nice - bit remote though.
