I'm just wondering if anyone has been here?

I am going to book it for my DH's 40th - and wondered if anyone has been there and can give me an idea of what it's really like.

It also says it quite close to motorway and I'm wondering how close? and is it too close?

not been but watlington is in a lovely area. yes its near the m40 but you won't be overlooking the junction

Ooh we went last weekend - it was lovely.

I highly recommend.

we live very close to it, been there for lunch with family and would happily go back again. You can see the motorway from the car park but can't hear it don't think. Nicely refurb'd. Haven't stayed there or anything. Do some good deals on beauty stuff and lunches.

ps it's not really oxford, village on M40 2 junctions away!
