Nice hotel in London

This is a bit odd, as I actually live in London, but DP and I have an anniversary coming up. Ideally, I would like to go away (somewhere hot, with no snow), but don't think that could happen, so instead I was thinking of booking us into a nice hotel for a night, in a different area of London, and kind of be tourists in our own city.

Any suggestions?

We recently stayed at the Marriot County Hall, and it was lovely. We had a room looking over the Thames which was extra nice, having stayed in London hotels with views of brick walls

We recently stayed here for a little sans enfants sejour, and it was lovely lovely lovely. If not a bit strange to be staying in Wimbledon where we used to live
