Cheap accommodation for 12 plus babies

Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations of somewhere inexpensive for a weekend reunion with 12 adults and 5 children aged 1-3 - we're thinking self-catering, maybe a barn conversion type-place in the Peak District for Autumn 2010,

Thanks!

Technical term is "bunkhouse", if you google bunkhouse and peak district you will find loads. Having been staying in this type of accomodation for many years (pre and post kids) with groups of 10 -20 I can say the standard varies greatly so research carefully. At the top end you will have small cosey rooms usually sleeping 4 - 6 in bunk beds, bedding provided, showers with plenty of hot water and well appointed kitchens and dining rooms/social areas and very suitable for kids. At the bottom end you will get a barn that hasn't been converted other than to put beds in to the loft area, no privacy, wind whistling through (this was January!) and not enough equipment in the kitchen to cater for the number it could sleep.
