Jersey recommendations

Any one know of a cool funky hotel in Jersey? We want to go there for a few nights in September for our wedding anniversary and it will be our first time away without the children so we don't want to be disappointed.

The Royal Yacht is lovely. DH and I stayed there last year. The rooms are gorgeous and they have a spa if you fancy a spot of pampering. You can get a suite with a hot tub on your own private balcony.
