Help me find a summer holiday!

I am planning on getting a budgeting loan through benefits for a summer holiday. So i will have around £600 for a holiday. Kids deserve to go away in the summer for once.

Needs to be in the west country area and accessible by train.
So far areas i have found are-

Exmouth
Weymouth (Been to Havens in Weymouth before)
Teignmouth
Dawlish Warren.

Looking for other ideas of places to stay near to these areas(would need to be able to get there on foot or public transport).

There will be me + DS1 12, DS2 9, DD1 6, DD2 5.
Kids would quite like some where with a pool and maybe evening entertainment like Haven!

I have an auction on e bay at the moment, 18th July - 25th £600.00 for a week in my caravan at Butlins Minehead. its the last summer week i have, the others were £650.00 a week. All passes for use of Butlins facilities are included in the cost.

You can get a train to taunton I think, then a bus to Minehead.

Isn't it your school summer hols?

I live in Cardiff and my kids finish school on the 17th( monday 20th is an inset day).
