Gloucester Breaks

I think if I remember correctly that I was told about a Hotel (quite big, with lots of activites etc) in Gloucester, sort of like a little resort type place. But I can't find it. Can anyone help me out?

It's on a golf course, next to a dry ski slope and has it's own swimming pool.

Ah fond memories of the ramada jarvis (as Furball posted) from staying there every week sun to thur for 6 months for work. Food was superb and great facilities.

Not in a very nice area though so you can't go out for a walk to local shops (told this by local taxi driver by the way and a friend who lives there!!)
