Looking for something similar to Bosinver Farm ie. a complex of several cottages ratehr than the scale of Cneterpracs or Sandy Balls. So nice SC 2 or 3 bed accommodation, pool and activities onsite, things to do locally (beach?)with 11yo and 7yo .

Have looked at Afonwen Farm in Wales but that is fully booked for late July, have stayed previously at West Banbury Cottages in Devon and Bosinver in Cornwall. Roughly £600 pw mid July in maybe Dorset or Somerset but fairly flexible.

Anyone any recommendations please.

Have a look at the flat at www.devonholidayhouses.co.uk . You will have membership of the pool complex at the hotel which is about 5 mins walk. There is table tennis, sauna, steam room etc there. Also about 20 mins walk to beach.

still looking if anyone has any recommendations - found Burgate Manor Farm Cottages and Hucklesbrook Farm Cottages which are kind of along the right lines but sans pool etc

Have just come back from Tredethick Farm Cottages in Cornwall which were great but not sure whether they'd have anything left for this July. Found them on www.childfriendlycottages.co.uk and there were quite a few similar ones on there with animals, pool, etc.

We stayed at Long Barn Cottages near Torquay last year. Would definately recommend. There is an indoor pool on site which you can book so you have sole use for an hour at a time. There are loads of things to do nearby as well.
Red Doors Farm near Honiton looks good too.
